Regulatory Affairs

Regulatory Affairs is a dynamic, challenging role requiring a person to keep track of the ever-changing legislation. As with all pharmaceutical companies, the Regulatory Affairs Department is a pivotal cog within the Galderma (UK) Ltd wheel and plays a fundamental role in the success of the company. Not only is it responsible for advising on legal and scientific restraints, it is also accountable for the submission of registration documents to the regulatory authorities in the UK and Ireland to obtain and maintain the product licenses.

Marketing

The role of the Marketing department is to establish the individual product’s marketing strategy. To identify the current and future needs of healthcare professionals and patients in order to determine the development strategy of all our products – existing, new and future products.

Sales and Business Development

The role of the Business Development team is to develop strong professional relationships with the PCT’s and the various Trusts that make up the National Health Service.

The team works closely with the Trusts developing patient management guidelines, protocols and CPD programmes that enable healthcare professionals to deliver improved health care to their patients.

Finance

Defines and implements the company’s financial standards and fiscal strategy. Finance is involved in initiating, developing, coordinating and monitoring budgets and operational plans, as well as investment plans, and participates in the evaluation of product and corporate acquisitions.


Information Management

Provides secure and reliable information services and technologies to enable the company to operate as a global business. By making our customers our partners, we can understand and anticipate needs, assess new technologies and develop and implement Information Management strategies for greater growth opportunity.


Human Resources

Implements the policies with respect for local regulatory environments. Facilitates organisational and skills development processes, team-building and intercultural integration.
